Banisters Leadership Academy’s mission is to strengthen youth and their families through empowerment, enrichment, and extended academic success. Banisters Leadership Academy will dedicate time, energy, and resources to disadvantaged youth so they may have the same opportunities as others.

Our purpose is to provide motivation, mentoring, tutoring, and leadership skills to all youth. Our focus is to design an academy where they are able to learn social, life, and leadership skills that they may use in their school life, in their home life, and other areas of life where they will need to overcome adversities.

Youth 2 Movement Project

Y2M is a FREE summer program hosted by Banisters Leadership Academy for youth ages 14-18 years old. We will provide food, fun, a stipend for qualifying mentees, and a wide range of daily activities that will inspire youth to aim higher while teaching them the values that great leaders possess. Youth and families who wish to apply, please complete the interest form below. Available spots are limited so submit your interest form as soon as possible.
