We Do

Our purpose is to provide motivation, mentoring, tutoring, and leadership development skills to all youth. Our focus is to design an academy where they can learn social, life, and leadership skills that they may use in their school life, home life, and other areas of life where they will need to overcome adversities. Banisters Leadership Academy is a statewide movement whose mission is to strengthen youth and their families through leadership. We dedicate time, energy, and resources to disadvantaged youth and their families to have the same opportunities as others.

We are currently serving 94 counties in the state of Nebraska.

Banisters Leadership Academy’s mission is to strengthen youth and families through leadership. 

We aim to provide all youth with motivation, mentoring, tutoring, and leadership skills. Our focus is to design an academy where they can learn social, life, and leadership skills that they may use in school, home, and other areas of life where they will need to overcome adversities.

Become a Volunteer

We believe that every child needs a positive role model in their life to empower them to become future leaders in their community. Take action in becoming a volunteer in our group mentoring program that is designed to help mentees grades K-8th in raising self-awareness and provide support in setting and achieving their goals.
